How do I place an order?
Sign in with your mobile number, add products to your cart and pay online. Your wholesale account is created with your first order.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, ₹1,000 per order. You can mix any styles and categories to reach it.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards and net banking, processed securely through our payment partner. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and the invoice is issued in your business name when the order is dispatched.
How soon will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within up to 10 business days. Delivery then usually takes 3–4 business days in Delhi NCR and North India, 4–6 days to metros and major cities, and 8–10 days to remote locations.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, to most pincodes through our courier partners. We don’t ship outside India yet.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Check your parcel when it arrives and contact us right away with your order number. We’ll make it right. Unused items in original packaging can also be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched. Contact us with your order number.
